Ken who handles Chrysler was excellent as always, helping me timely and accommodatingly to get my car repaired. He even tried to fix it himself because my door would not close, but was unable to fix it but had it repaired inexpensively and quickly. He is accurate, thorough and really tries his best to help us and keep us in the New Holland family by not overcharging us or making us feel uncomfortable ever. I have a very busy schedule and it is nice to know I can always count on him to get my car repaired fairly and timely.
