Sales/New & Pre-Owned Car - Experience Preferred


We are looking for Women and Men to join New Holland Auto Group New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Team who will provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. 

Responsibilities

  • Familiar with and understand the terminology of the automobile business
  • Stay informed of the company and the industry
  • Attend to customers promptly and courteously
  • Use the telephone effectively to seek and obtain prospects
  • Be familiar with the new and pre-owned inventory and competitive products
  • Provide customer with feature presentation, tailored to their interests and needs
  • Settle deals with proper techniques with profit minded closings
  • Keep management informed with closing help, able to sell financing and aftermarket products
  • Effectively complete the delivery process, including follow up  to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with service and other departments
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in snow removal
Qualifications
  • 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Ability to learn new technology, procedures and specifications
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must have a valid PA driver’s license with good driving record

Service Technicians - Experience Required

We are looking for experienced Service Technicians for New Holland Auto Care to help grow our 40-bay service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards
Qualifications
  • 2 years of technical experience
  • Manufacturer’s Certification preferred
  • Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • High school diploma or equivalent

We are in need of a full-time detailer at New Holland Auto Group in our Recon Department. We are looking for dependable individuals with a sense of urgency to meet our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare for new/pre-owned deliveries
  • Experience in full detailing prep work
  • Prepare new cars completely
  • Perform full detail on customers cars
  • Assist with stock-in/check-in new vehicles
  • Shop cleaning, laundry, lot washing
