Call Center Representative

New Holland Auto Group located in New Holland, PA is now hiring Call Center Representatives to join their successful team! You will be directly responsible for helping to drive traffic to the dealership. Automotive experience is preferred but not required. Outbound call center experience is required. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle outbound scripted calls and appointment setting for sales customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all inbound sales inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers who have visited New Holland Auto Group-- no cold calling!
  • Respond to customer emails and chats
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Log customer information and purify the customer database

Requirements

  • Outbound call center experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confident and self-motivated personality
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic
  • Must be process-driven, coachable, and trainable
  • Must be motivated by reaching and exceeding goals--and earning bonuses!
  • Strong computer and Internet skills

Automotive Parts – OEM Parts Picker

We are in need of a Parts Picker for our Growing Parts Department. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Picking Parts Orders
  • Scan/Check in received parts orders and stock
  • Assist with posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery
  • Follow up on complete and incomplete orders
  • Assist in coordinating any last minute deliveries
  • Assist Drivers loading trucks with parts deliveries
  • Work daily to keep department neat and organized

Qualifications

  • Shipping and Receiving experience a Plus
  • Hazmat Certification Preferred
  • Forklift Certification Preferred
  • Able to work well with others and learn new tasks

  • Familiar with and understand the terminology of the automobile business
  • Stay informed of the company and the industry
  • Attend to customers promptly and courteously
  • Use the telephone effectively to seek and obtain prospects

  • Provide customer with feature presentation, tailored to their interests and needs
  • Settle deals with proper techniques with profit minded closings

TOYOTA Service Technicians - Experience Required

We are looking for experienced Toyota Service Technicians for New Holland Auto Care to help grow our 40-bay service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently and accurately perform quality repair work in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards

Qualifications

  • 2 years of technical experience
  • Manufacturer’s Certification preferred
  • Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
